Seasonal Wellness Journey

Service Description

Choose this option when scheduling your initial (90 min) counseling session. This option includes 3 additional 60 min each (180 min total) follow up On the Journey counseling sessions to be held throughout the year as the seasons change (approx. 3, 6 and 9 months after the initial counseling session). Once you are scheduled you will receive an email with further instructions on how to receive and complete a multiple page questionnaire. Complete and return this questionnaire at least 3 days prior to your scheduled initial counseling session. Counseling sessions can be held in-person at Blossom Yoga or via Zoom. If need to schedule other days/times than those available on Ginger's schedule email her directly for other options. gingersolomon@aol.com. Cancellations by email notification are fully refunded if made 48 hrs in advance of the appointment day/time otherwise only 50% of the purchase will be refunded for cancellations made within 48 hrs. Ginger Solomon is a Board Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor (CAHC) by the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) and attended the Kripalu School of Ayurveda (Stockbridge, MA). Ayurveda evaluates the unique doshic (vata, pitta, kapha) makeup of each individual and looks to bring balance to any doshic imbalances through adjusting food practices (the how, when and what to eat) and by adopting Ayurvedic lifestyle practices within the modern life to bring the individual back into balance, creating total wellness. Ginger is able to recommend Ayurvedic food & cooking practices as well as other diet and lifestyle modifications for digestive symptoms such as gas, bloating, constipation, heartburn, diarrhea, low appetite, and nausea; skin disorders- eczema and dryness; sleep issues- insomnia and difficulty falling asleep; and mood disorders- anxiety and depression. She is trained to provide simple herbal remedies and is a Registered Yoga Teacher and coaches breathing practices (pranayama).
