Restorative Yoga Teacher Training & Immersion
Yoga Teachers and Students will receive a certification at the end of this training. Registered Yoga Teachers will also receive 30 hours of Yoga Alliance approved credits (24 hours of in-person training, plus an additional 6 hours of credits upon completion of a home practice and journal).

About the event
This Yoga Alliance approved certification training is designed for 200- and 300-hr
Registered Yoga Teachers and dedicated Yoga Students. Yoga teachers will learn
how to compassionately integrate restorative poses at the end of their regular
yoga classes and be prepared to offer Restorative Yoga classes. This immersion
into the world of restorative poses is also for dedicated Yoga Students to learn
how to supportively practice these poses at the end of a yoga class and how to
develop a home practice. Now, more than ever in this lifetime, Yoga Teachers
and students alike need these stress busting skills to eliminate the havoc placed
on the body, mind and nervous system.
